Returns and Refunds Policy

The following returns policy applies to all items sold on Worldwide Electronics.

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items purchased from WWE may be returnable within the first 12 days from the receipt date if any of the following conditions are met. A receipt from the purchase must be presented when returning a product.

I. The item is defective at purchase
II. The item delivered is not what was ordered

•Returns for products that are sealed at the time of purchase will incur a restocking fee 10% of the item’s value if opened.

•Products returned must be in original packaging including all accessories and instructional manuals.

•If any product is delivered to you, kindly inspect it. You may refuse delivery if you find the product is defective or not the one you ordered.

•An arrangement will be made to deliver a fully functioning one within the next 24 hours.

•If you received a discount by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you don’t return all the products

Refunds
Refunds if necessary will be made by the same method payment was made. Processing should be completed within 7 business days.
